Because we can be more

More than you know

Have you ever stopped to think why we are the way we are, I mean like not as in how we are as person but how we are as a race. How we are a collective group of people living in this world across our different societies, all from different cultural, with various values. Some of the things that we all have in common are; we are all human, we are part of a society and we all feel. (generally speaking).

I want you to take a moment just to pause, pause and ask yourself this question. "When was the last time you performed a random act of kindness?",  and then after that "When was the last time that someone performed a random act of kindness to you?". This is not just to the people you know but to strangers.

If your answer to the first question was in a timeframe longer than a week (just saying) then maybe its something to think about, we are all human right, we live in a society all interconnected.  We are all here to help each other move forward together no?

Yes we all come from different cultures and backgrounds, and each society and city makeup is different with individualistic and collectivistic type cultural biases.  But at the same time what is stopping us from helping out people, making people smile just because you can. I have noticed this difference living in various countries and exploring countless more!

Now you may say well no-one has ever performed a random act of kindness to me so why should I perform or do something for someone else.  I could rant and rave about the uselessness of such a thought, but instead to keep it simple, if you don't want to make the effort how else do you expect other people to,  you will find your answer right there. You have got to give something to the world first usually (karma if you believe in it).

So don't make up excuses that your to busy, that someone else will help, that its not your problem, that it will put you out of your day, that it will make you late…These are all excuses, buck up, lend a hand, help out if you see someone in need of a hand, a hug, or something to make them smile and cheer them up.

The world always needs more kindness..
